7th Graders Dissect Chicken Wings!
7th grade students had an opportunity to see the amazing detail of how the bones, muscles, and skin of a chicken wing allow for the animal to move during their dissection in the science lab. Not only did it give them an opportunity to see just how similar it is to our own human arm, but also a better understanding of the importance of respecting all of creation and allowing us to be more thankful for our God-given bodies and the responsibility that we each have in caring for them.
