Lots of fun things happening around the school lately!!
It’s Fall, and we’re up to our elbows in pumpkins!! At least, the 3rd graders are! The 3rd Grade classes went to Tomachoff Farms and had some good, old fashioned fun – and even got to bring home a pumpkin!! Those pumpkins were then used to LEARN – counting seeds, measuring, estimating, etc.!!
Then – it was time for our wonderful Halloween Parade and parties. The children’s costumes were absolutely wonderful – so creative and such fun!!
Our Spanish teachers do a frighteningly great job with their lesson on Dia de los Muertos. Here are some paper quilts made by the students.
