The school lunch program is available to all students at SS. Simon & Jude. According to diocesan and state wellness programs, the consumption of soda is prohibited in the cafeteria. Parents are NOT to bring junk food or soda to students at lunchtime.
Students are expected to exercise appropriate social skills during lunchtime. These skills include maintaining a sense of decorum, being responsible for individual eating areas, and disposal of garbage to the proper location. Parent volunteers and school staff will be available to ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere during mealtimes.
For students who do not bring lunch to school, SS. Simon & Jude Cathedral School has contracted with Blue Willo Catering to provide hot lunches for K-8 grade students. Lunches are ordered and paid for online at the caterer’s website www.bluewillocatering.com. Lunches can be ordered one or several weeks at a time to work within the family’s budget. There are two not lunch choices offered each day and include the choice of milk or bottled water. There is also a variety of ala carte menu items available daily. G luten-free options are also available.
Students will not be allowed to charge lunches. A student may purchase lunch on a day that they did not preorder for a fee of $5.00. If a student has forgotten to bring a lunch and does not have the $5.00 to purchase lunch, an emergency lunch of pasta, vegetable, and milk will be provided by the school. Students who get an emergency lunch will pay $4.00 to the office the next day
School lunch daily prices for the 2018-2019 school year are as follows:

- Walk-in Student Purchase $5.00
- Adult lunch w/Beverage $ 5.00
