SS. Simon & Jude Catholic School

THIRD GRADE

Mrs. Ann Teslevich, ’67, has been teaching third grade at SSJ since 1995. All

of her children have also graduated from SSJ. She says, “What I love about

teaching is the kindness and innocence of children, and the hilarious things they

say and do. Sharing the love of Jesus with children is what I love about teaching

at SSJ. One of the accomplishments I am most proud of is that my students love

math because we learn math with many different kinds of addition, subtraction,

multiplication, division, fraction, and geometry games.”

Mrs. Kathy Evans began teaching in 2000, and has been a teacher at SSJ since

2006. She has been a parishoner at Ss. Simon and Jude for 19 years. Her son

is a graduate of SSJ, and her daughter currently attends the school. She says,

“The thing I love about SSJ is the loving, caring, supportive community. My

students are wonderful children, eager to learn. Our days go so fast because

we have a lot of fun learning.”
