"The return of our annual AR Promotion was a great success. After a total of 10 days of non-stop reading and testing, we are proud of the 340,134 pages that the students read. I am thrilled to have seen so many students participate", said Mrs. Betty Moreno, S.S.J. librarian. She continued, "I am also so appreciative of the all the financial and volunteer support we received from the school community."
The S.S.J.'s top reading classroom was Mrs. Manos' class. The students in her class read 46,220 pages for the two week promotion. The top three readers in each class were awarded a Certificate of Excellence and all participants were treated to Popcicles during the special assembly.
